The bay is exposed to westerly winds and has wide shallow beaches.

Offers good shelter from East through to Southwest.

Mooring not approved for forecast Westerly and North-Westerly weather conditions.

Mooring is located in approximately 4m of water.

Approach mooring from the north to avoid shallows.
